About the Artist

Madalyn McLeod creates art inspired by nature, magic, and lore. Her work is characterized by delicately flowing line art, dreamy watercolors, and moody atmosphere.

She has been drawing all her life, and currently works with a variety of media - colored pencil, watercolor, gouache and ink. This approach creates layered expressions in her art.

Madalyn is from Asheville, NC and currently lives in Minneapolis, MN with her girlfriend and two cats. She is disabled, and because of this, she uses ambidextrous techniques to create art. When she isn’t drawing, she likes to immerse herself in a good story or explore nature.
